Registration Form for GGHS Lacrosse Team
All members of the team (new or old) need to fill out some paperwork. There are two ways:

Click here to download a registration form (a Word document) and a Rules & Regulation Form to be signed by your parent/guardian.
All members have to obtain a US Lacrosse membership ($35). Please click here to register online.
If you already have a membership, please include the number on your registration form (along with your expiration date).
